As far as I know the steering sensitivity is the only thing for controller. Force feedback is only for wheel. My sensitivity is 2-3 depending on car an track. Anything more sensitive the car is too twitchy to me. Brake bias also depends on track. I usually run +2 or set it so the tires wear more evenly. In my opinion , theres no such thing as a Perfect Setting. All you need is Some Power (250 +Hp, maybe more) and TCS and ASM turn off.
