690 enduro R. You want a 690 Enduro R. It shreds sports bikes on the street. It will do single track. It will do emergency extreme enduro. It will sit all day on 120kph, the screen keeps wind off your chest, ergo seat is decent, heated grips are awesome.
The obvious comparison to make is to put the Aprilia Tuareg 660 against and Yamaha Ténéré 700 and the base model KTM 890 Adventure, and against those three the Aprilia hits my criteria the best.

Choice advice: 2021 Ktm 890 vs 2018 Triumph Tiger 800 xcx vs 2021 Yamaha Tenere 7? All three are in my budget. Riding will be 80% pavement, 20% dirt roads to OHV trails. The biggest disparity between the KTM 790 Adventure and the Yamaha Tenere 700 is the price. The Tenere checks in at $15,499 plus ORC, while the 790 Adventure, at $19,695 plus ORC, is over $4000 dearer. This difference is likely due in large part to the KTM’s far more advanced electronics, which we’ll get to later.
RESUMEN: Me doy cuenta que la tenere 700 no es mi moto y me compro una 701 enduro a los dos meses. Buscabas algo que no existe (aunque quizá las 690/701 se acercan un poco a ello). Buscabas que una moto trail que te permitiese hacer enduro y eso no existe shur. Por muchos videos de Toni Bou o Pol Tarrés que nos vendan.
I guess you now have to look at the new price of a 690 versus the Yam--the Yam is now cheaper!
